On February 17, 2001 our office will be sponsoring another railroaders' Family Members Seminar. This seminar will be held at the American Legion Post No. 187, located at 310 W. Butterfield Road, Elmhurst, Illinois.
If your family members would like to attend the seminar on Saturday, February 17th, beginning at 12:30 p.m., please contact Melissa of our office at 1-888-425-1212 to confirm their attendance.
The purpose of the Family Member Seminars is to help your loved ones understand what must be done if you suffer a serious work injury or wrongful death at work for the railroad. We often discuss this topic at railroad union meetings and at seminars we specifically sponsor for railroad workers. However, Hoey & Farina believes that it is equally important that your family members know what rights they have, what benefits they are entitled to, and what steps must be immediately taken to protect the injured railroader’s interests.
Over the years, Hoey & Farina's staff members have worked very hard with union members and their families to put together the Family Members Seminars so they truly offer something relative and valuable to everyone who attends.
At this particular Family Members Seminar, Mrs. Jennifer Ward, a spouse of an injured railroader, an individual who was required to make several important decisions during a very traumatic period, will join us in our discussion with family members.
Working behind the scenes, literally, will be Albert "Chef" Bertoloni. Al will be preparing his award winning "Italian Sausage and Potato Casserole" that will be served at the seminar. As well as being a member and officer of the American Legion Post No. 187 since 1984, Al is a dedicated railroader and has served as a union officer for 25 years and as the Local Chairman of UTU Local 577 for the past 20 years.
If you would like to schedule a free railroader's Family Members Seminar in your area, please call Hoey & Farina at 1-888-425-1212 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
